The Epicurean Society of Southern New Jersey is an established chapter of the nationally recognized American Culinary Federation. We were founded in 2005 by professional culinarians from southern New Jersey. Our main purpose is to promote independent restaurants, fine food and wine, and cameraderie to the “epicurious” public. All events hosted by The Epicurean Society are open to members of the food & beverage and related industries; as well as the foodie public.
